It appears from the Promini site that their intake only works on 2004 and previous model years. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, what changed in 2005s?

I had the same anxiety issue with the CAIs and my '05 last year. Bought a Rogue Engineering intake off of an '03 MCS, fits like a charm. While I believe nothing has changed on the MINI intake from '04 to '05, I cannot comment specifically on the Promini unit.
