just installed obx header on my MCS

Hi Guys,

i just had my OBX header installed on my MCS, the car run quite well, haven't really try floor the car yet, but i do feel that car responding quite well.

Just one thing, the orginal header heat shield doesn't not fit on the OBX header, making the engine bay extra hot......... does any other OBX user or people using other brand header have similar problems?

regards

alfred

yeh u could modify it to fit..
but your better off just getting it wrapped..

might end up a tad bit more expensive over the modding of the standard shield.

ive seen the wraps sell on ebay heaps cheap. maybe look more into them.

Nos-ing it all the way home...

I was goin to wrap the header, however, after days of search on the internet, many user of wrap say that the wrap will kill the header much faster, therefore i have went for heat coating........ the header is already coated, however its still quite hot compare to when the orginal header with heat shield.......

How much did you end up paying for the headers?
