Is it possible tot fit a mini works S exhaust on a 2002 mini one

Hey

Does anybody have experience with this? It is a mini one of 2002 with no spare tire so their in plenty of room there but what do I have to buy from the dealer other than the exhaust and the S fender? Is there any welding needed or is it bold on? What will it do with the power of my car. What will it cost?
