Yes it will. The One and Coopers induction systems are the same.

It's not intended for the One but it will still fit. It's still the best induction system available for the Cooper.

It was acceptable in the 80's

I take it that isnt the same filter set up that comes on the works models?

The full blak box with filter and flap that opens at 4,5k rpm etc?

Thought the JCW Cone Open Air Filter Kit was based on the Pipercross version. Is that true?

It's made by Pipercross yes but the same filter is not available direct from them. They also make the panel filters in the S airbox.

Actually I've just noticed that the cone filter in the clearance section says Cooper S?

I didn't know JCW did a cone filter for the S. If this is correct and not an error then it wont fit the Cooper or the One.

i think it is intended for the cooper s but its the cone design, not the black box one. Still think it will fit? theres no pics which is a pain, £50 pound tho might be worth a try?

Give them a call. I think it's a typo as I've never known JCW to do a cone filter for the S. Even the Motorsport cars don't have one.

If it is intended for the S it wont fit as the induction system on S and One/Cooper are totally different.

If it's the Cooper one it looks like this.

The JCW filter for the Cooper S isn't a cone as far as i'm aware. It just has a flap that opens up at 4500RPM to allow extra air to come in from the cowl

click ''go advance'' and then on the paper clip to upload the file from your computer!

how do you find the cone? does the car feels slow at the low-rev? or it's better at any rev?

No didn't remove it. That image is from JCW's site. Mine has Works painted on too and as I have the prototype one the logo is sprayed upside down. Ultra Rare!

Check this video out of me round Bruntingthorpe. Unfortunately these are only warmup laps, you get to hear me just starting to give it stick at the end.

Oh and ignore the low rumbling (sounds like an airplane taxiing) that's just the semi slicks!

Just fitted the JCW9 Cone filter for the MCS Works. 5 min job, make that 20 if you have a strut brace fitted.
