Exhaust With Aero Kit On!!!

Hello everyone. I want to install an aftermarket exhaust on my 2003 MCS, and i was wondering due to the fact i have fitted the aero kit on, would that be a slight problem on what rear end pipes must choose?

Can the guys that have an MCS with the aero kit on and an aftermarket exhaust, put some pictures on with the rear aero bumper and the exhaust? And also what brand shall i go for opinions please?

Thanks in advance.

I would think any aftermarket exhaust will fit the aerokit. I've heard that some need a little bit of fiddling so they don't rub on the top edge of the bumper but other than that you should be fine.

It was acceptable in the 80's

Nope, you'll have no problems with the Aero kit.

As far as pictures, do a search using the gallery function

Your opinion please urgently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A friend of mine is going to sell the manifold and exhaust system from his JCW cooper s. The exhausts as you realise is a JCW. 2 questions now.

1. What do you think of this? Does it worth to get a second hand JCW complete exhaust system rather than a new Milltek cat-back system? The good thing about JCW is that it includes the manifold also.

2. Does JCW manifold has differences from the stock one?

And as a result from experienced people, does JCW really worth the money? or does Miltek offers better value for money?

You'll get the second hand JCW cheaper than the new millitek, so get that its a nice exhaust - I'm running one - pics in my gallary..

Unless he's got a JCW header that he fitted additional to the 210 (or 200) kit, they don't change the header in the normal kits - so it'll be the same as yours.
