Just had a hitech system fitted to my cooper s, alta cai, 15% pulley, ngk's. yes i must say i dont feel convinced with power gain. feels like i've lost a little torque down low.
however i must admit, it screams when revving out! sounds aweomse!

now to fix the vibrations and rattling! doh! have to take it back tomorrow.

Yo yo yo..

Ok the rattles are fixed. was 1 loose bolt under the bash plate. fixed in 30 seconds. Sooo the carbon is building up slowly and i think my ECU is learning the new system. Whatever the case this exhaust is awesome! sounds fantastic and my car has plenty of power!

i have 2 dodgy vids from my phone... how do i attach vids??

your exhaust was probably leaking and causing the loss of power. Glad to see its fixed

I honestly think its more of a 'running in' process. I found my 15% puller, intake and ngk's took a while before it delivered ultimate performance.

That's odd. With all those mods done at once I would have expected quite an immediate noticeable change in perforamance and throttle response.

minifreak, what exhaust do you have? where did the leak come from?

minigolf, don't get me wrong, i did notice straight away, but i feel more power nowadays than ever before. and i mean crazy noticeable power!

the guy at hi-tech reckons alot of cars are renowed for having slow learning ECU's IE: Alfa Romeo. He reckons they are the slowest of all!
