I wanted to check what size supercharger pully I have on my Hartge MCS. I think it's a 15% pulley but I know that the conversion has been messed with further by the previous owner so I want to measure the pulley.

I've looked at some previous threads but couldn't find the info I needed. So what diameter is the stock pulley or what size would a 15% pulley be in mm please.

OK. From another bit of searching I think stock SC Pulley is 138.4mm.

Correct?

So a 15% reduction would be 117.64mm. Right?

Stock pulley is 2.58" ~ 65.5mm

Crank pulley is 5.46" ~ 138.7mm

Ah cool. Glad I asked as I was thinking those measurements didn't add up.

It amazing when you work it out that there is only around 2.5mm difference between 15% and 19% reduction pulleys. Best get my vernier caliper out...

due to my limited knowledge, with no warranty for correctness (dimensions are outer diameter in mm):

Cooper S stock: 65mm (belt 6PK 1388)
JCW & Kelleners(11%): 58,2mm (belt 6PK 1370 (oder 6PK 1374 ?))
Digitec(DT) & RMS: 57mm
Hartge &
hitec incl. MTH(13%): 56,5 mm
Minimania 15% (Ultrik): 55,6 mm
Alta (15%): 55,5 (belt 6PK 1370)
GTT 17%: ?54?53,2??
GTT 15%: 55,8mm (belt 6PK 1365)
Schäfer: 54mm
Alta (19%): 52,5 mm ??? (belt 6PK 1352)
M7 (16%): ?????
