Australia Mitsubishi Evo 6 intercooler

I have a Mitsubishi Ralliart Evo 6 intercooler at my house and was wonder if i modifed the tank ends to fit with the mini's intercooler inlet would it perform properly and being larger than a mini's intercooler would i notice any performance gains.

Thanks
Perry

You'd really have to measure it up yourself and see, but I don't see it fitting properly. Take into account the depth of the cooler, the width, and you'd most likely have to fab up your own diverter for it.

google setrab . they make intercoolers. they've got a chart that if you punch in the measurements of the i/c you'll get a reasonable idea as to pressure drops etc.

bigger ain't always better looks like .

so is he thinking of mounting it to face the air, or in the same orientation as the stock cooler?

I'd say he was thinking of replacing the stock topmount.

Orange Wheels

Hey Josh,

The orange wheels are interesting, You should try painting your wheels in that marble effect you used for your interior panels, i think you could come up with something pretty cool.
