I've read a lot of discussion on various intercooler replacesment in the forums but haven't seen any mention of the one from M7. Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on or experience with this model.

Also, any thoughts on their thermostat replacement?

Check the NAM forums (http://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/). The M7 DFIC (for Direct Flow InterCooler) has been discussed endlessly since the product became available. Enter a forum search on "DFIC".
