I just received from minispeed the bluefin for my Mini cooper S (i ordered it through their site)
but when i plug it in and press the buttons as the instructions on the screen say,
i get the message *** Not My Mini *** !!!
Going through the menu i found a VIN number that is not my cars!!!

After a telephone call with Minispeed they told me that it seems my brand new Bluefin
is probably USED WITH ANOTHER CAR!!!

Has anyone come up with the same problem??
please help!

In that case that Bluefin cannot be brand new! Get your money back and get one from LOHEN.

seems a strange on it does seem that your bluefin is not new.

have you still got your recipt? phone superchips up and see what they have to say about it they'rr probably ask you to send it back to them and they will flash it and clear the vin number.

Contacted Minispeed and they gave me a new one

all ok now and the upgrade is cool!

Aries9, Does the bluefin do much for a Cooper S? I've read about all the power increases for One's and Coopers but not much on the S
