Offline | Ive already got that on my phone under the MINI logo so back to business, ways to increase the power of a Cooper (by quite alot) 1. JC Works Cnversion 2. 140bhp Conversion by ........? 3. different bits and bobs like Superchip, Exhaust, Ind.Kit, Turbo? (does anyone make an aftermarket turbo for the MINI)??? 4. (and my favorite) Cooper S engine, or maybe an M3 engine (dream on) so whats best? |

Offline | 1) JCW conversion doesnt really add that much really. More fine tuning. 2) 140bhp conv is good as the power band will be huge and loadsa umph!! Still not that powerful tho. 3) Problem with bits is once they are all on you will have to get the jets checked and tuned and this can be expensive (Ok i know lee, money is no object!!!) and time consumin 4) How much money u got????? Ur gettin silly now! ![]() What you need to do is go and have a chat to a moddin company and get their advice, ill see in the Autosport directory and see if i can get any, dont ask monsta he things chrome adds speed!!! ![]() |

Offline | Ive got about 5-6k yeah if you could find some good tuning companies for us that would be great.... and yeah monsta knows his stuff with chrome and accesories but engines...... whats that then? and to do with the gearbox etc.... id be looking to adjust the ratios to try and take some stress off of it (obviously depending on the BHP) and ill be looking at getting theracing clutch from JC's |
