I have a small quantity of turbo kits available for the one /cooper ,small low pressure turbo 6 psi , manifold,downpipes etc, good for 175 bhp, the kits require mapping , boost sensor ,and intercooler,to finish the kit which I looking at doing , the gearbox/clutch would be upgraded to suit,any interested one /cooper owners? The kits I can do for cost price ,but there is quite a lot of hardware so still going to cost a bit, we will do all the fitment and expect to take 1 week per car ,if there is interest I can get the outstanding parts made fairly quickly-Adam

i would relly do that if i knew the price and i didnt have any warrenty.
maybe in a couple of years time when it expires but very interested.
im guessing it will effect my warrenty.

without a doubt it will effect your warranty for the engine/drivetrain, what is everyone going to do when their warranty expires and they have problems?at present who is available for diagnostics and repair outside the dealers?

yes but it will effect my whole warrenty which i want to keep intact, and also hidden things like a chip which i can reverse.

It is quite a drastic change to the car,and the dealers although pretty good with warranty and modified cars, would probably only cover the non engine related parts,you could return the car back to stock but it would seem pointless fitting it all in the first place.

............is that doggy in the window... the turbo would be around £450,manifold £100,pipework,intake,cooler,oil lines,mapping,sensor,hoses,etc maybe another £800-1000 plus fitting, clutch upgrade £350, gbox £500 all ballpark figures ,as if no interest not going to happen yet

Sounds great, but I would like some additional info. What turbocharger is it? How much would it be for everything, not installed, and without clutch and gearbox upgrades?

Hi Adam, my brother has just bought a 55 plate Mini One, and i know he will want this so put him down he will be havinng that! what would the outcome be if he had the cylinder head and cam done at the same time?
