Has anyone heard of these?????

Has anyone fitted one of these?? I cant believe that they really work and are a cheap alternative to chipping. Just wondering! Have a look at this........

+45BHP BMW Mini

This kit works in just the same way as a chip (such as those sold by Superchips) but does not require opening of the car's delicate Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Instead the kit attaches to the wiring which is easily accessible under the bonnet - which in turn leads back to the ECU. This kit also gives you fully adjustable control of the power your car develops. This way you can have extra power when you need it and standard economy when you don't (or anywhere in between).
Ive bought one just in case it does work for £5! Advise me!

You have got to be kidding me! Just hook it into your wiring harness and it magically works. Someone hit the hardware store, bought a bunch of rheostats and plugged some wires onto them. How sad is this and 5 pounds isn't enough to fight over.

the dial only goes up to 10 -- if you put tape over the top and mark it 0-20 you would get an extra 45 bhp--- easy
