Has anybody or is anybody making different pullies for higher boost on the S? Im sure the engine can run like maybe 14PSI instead of the stock 12PSI and that would make atleast 30-50 more horsepower...anybody ever think of this?

has a kit (pulley and re-calibrated ECU) available for the MCS. Do a search at the Cooper S forum.

what is the stock C/R in the MCS , my G60 is 8:1 and people have had no problem running 18psi on a well running lower mileage motor , ive rebuilt my motor and increased compression to 9:1 and once i break the engine in ill be running around 15psi
