Anybody up for doing a track day early December at Oulton Park (Near Chester, NW UK)

£99 for a full day.

I am highly tempted!!!

And on this note, does anybody know if/when there is a northwest MINI only track day??

...And, does anybody know when the next "all MINI's meet in a field and discuss MINI stuff" day is ?

Ohhhh.... Chester is only 2 hours from me. I would be very tempted as I didnt think there were any more track days until next year.

I am hoping to get the vidcam mounted in the MINI so i can film it all too

Have received a reply back from Outlon Park.

They say there are plenty of spaces available, and if it is a group booking then a discount may be applicable.

£99 for 1 days track time is superb

NOTE: Novice drivers only (on the track, not the road)

Some prerequsites are:

1) Helmet hire £10
2) Additional passenger (optional) £10
2) Instructor hire (optional) £25 / 30 mins.
3) Insurance of some form - liability/damage (optional)

Id be there if it werent a 400 miles journey. Im nountin up too many miles and that next service is gettin closer!! ( Worried about what BMW will say about all my mods

Damn booking has closed and Oulton Park is only 40 miles from me, suppose I'll have to wait till the next one!

I've just phoned them up and asked them to re-open again. So, there are plenty of spaces left !!!

However, don't book direct, wait until we have some numbers then we can obtain a discount.

May be an idea looking at octane booster too, to proect your engine. Take you up to 102 or 104 RON.

OK all....

Discount only applied to booking of 10 cars or more, with a 10% being realised.
So no real dissapointment there

30 places have been booked, and 30 places remain.

No more than 30 cars are allowed on the track at any one time. It will be a one-car-off and one-car-on approach - with little pit lane queing time.

You are now all welcome to book directly at Brands Hatch Race Circuit - The Official Brands Hatch Motorsport Site
