Under The engine?

Hi when I drive over a bump or a small gutter there sounds like there is something loose under the engine. Has anybody experienced this? My car has to go to the dealer to get a flickering light fixed and a potential engine mount fixed. All the problems seem to be coming at once.
Must be cause of the new model coming out.

Potential engine mount????????? is that because of thi noise?? If not then it could very well be,have you checked the strut bolts to make sure they are tight also?

The potential engine mount is because of a rattle at idle but goes away if I give at little rev or drive the car. The strut bolts are tight I checked them the other day when I replaced a pipe on my oil catch can.

This happened to me, the engine would rattle at idle and went away when revved. The mount was replaced and the rattle was gone.

I had a similar fault on my Cooper, turned out to be a dodgy driveshaft.
