Digimoto and MTH?

Ok i am in the process off buying digimoto and the interface from OBDII Software, Vehicle Diagnostics Software .
I also want to purchase an MTH remap, anyone know whether i can use the digimoto interface to remap the car? Will this interface work at all with my car?
Cheers Andy

MTH uses a program called Car Tunes to get the ECU information. This comes with the purchase of the MTH software. The cable that you use for the software that you posted above should work fine with cartunes as well.

Can anyone verify this?
I have DigiMoto v5 and the mOByDic cable (from DigiMoto). I can get DigiMoto to work with their mOByDic cable, however I cannot get CarTune to pull my info from the car with this cable. Any thoughts?

Is it serial or USB to serial?

Well from my experience the answer is not likely but nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I have found that very few interfaces will actually let you write data to the ECU. ODB data reading and writing isnt the same as reading and writing the EPROM data. Different pins if I remember correct as you need the interface to sit on the network.

I looked at the cable on-line and it looks like a USB - serial cable. More than likely the Cartunes software is set to the wrong port. If I remember correctly you can select a drop down at the top of the cartunes software to change the port. If you are unsure of what port to set it to, you may need to go to your device settings in windows to see what serial port it is assigned to or you can continue to try each one.
