Now 210 Bhp (approx)

I have just got back from Minispeed, where i have had a stage 2 tune carried out on my little MCS. I wasn't really expecting too much difference out of the little lady to be honest, but how surpirsed i was.

It feels like there is a hell of a lot more torque available. Putting my foot down in second gear whilst cruising at about 30mph just punches it up to 70 in absolutely no time at all, change to 3rd gear up to 90, then to 4th hearing that little supercharger singing its high pitched tune. well over a 100mph in no time at all. I really will have to be a bit careful as it was so much easier to get to higher speeds.

I think i need to get a few more miles out of it to be totally sure, but at the moment i reckon it is the best £650 i have spent on a car.

List of changes as follows:
  • stage 2 Bluefin ECU remap
  • 15% reduced supercharger pulley
  • replacement belt
  • irridium plugs
  • raised rev limit to 7200rpm
I already had a K&N Typhoon CAI (which i know is not as good as the Alta one, but i just didnt see the point in changing it)

Not sure what the next step is. I guess manifold or exhaust. does anyone know which is best for just a little bit extra bhp?
