Offline | Jealous! Read the spec of your car in Modern Mini - what is the spec of the Cam though as can't find any info on that? Also, mind saying how much the cam was? Also, what does it sound lilke?! Must be awesome with that kit. |

| MINI2 Senior | Picked my car up this afternoon, all I can say is I’m very impressed with the performance. The only real problem Ray had was with the injectors which I bought from the states, the Ohms reading was too high, so some adjustments to the wiring had to be done, this just shows how much detailed work Ray puts into his customer’s cars, not just bolt the bits on and away you go! There is a back road that takes you from Ray premises to the A303, so after warming the car up I had great fun putting my foot down on this stretch of road, the torque steer was amazing. Power delivery is very smooth though, no flat spots at all, mid range torque is excellent for over taking, which is just what I wanted. One comment Ray made was to perhaps fit another fuel pump, to run in line with the original using a fuel swirl pot. This is something I’ll do as I have a few track days in mind. There are lots of excellent Mini tuners around the uk, West Tuning, GT Tuning, Lohen & Mini Mania to mention a few, but what I will say is I’m very impressed with Rays work and would recommend him to anyone. ![]() Graham ![]() |

Offline | Congrats on your new found power, your fuel pump is good for at least 300bhp without it leaning out. Slicks 11.77@115.92mph Street tyres 12.162 @ 119.02 It's not how much you spend but how well you spend it |
