Offline | I agree with this poster, you really need to know this information to make informed decisions. Speak with the mechanic that performed the dyno about what he would charge to add a bung to your exhaust, which would them allow him to get the readings mentioned above. Without them, there's no way to know what to do. As an aside, MINIs typically run very rich, so don't be surprised if you find that your A/F ratio is not leaning out. |

Offline | Hi, to get any meaningful results you need ;- (1) a wide band system (2) the sensor screwed in the exhaust using a welded on bung. - GTT decat pipe is very usfeul for this . (3) Sensor positioned before the cat. Any less than this and you cant rely on the results at all. To make adjustments /changes without this could be suicidal to your engine. TBH there is more likely a fault . You need to find it and cure it rather than try and change other things ( eg a re-map) to counteract it. The normal thing to do is take the car back to the tuner (lohen?) who did the work. I'm sure they they will sort it for you. Offline | These are my dyno results: Max power 236.9 Whp at 7400rpm. The car is a Mini Cooper S F/L with 15% pulley, modified cylinder head with stock valves, 63mm throttle body, Alta CAI, OBX manifold, Scorpion exhaust, GTT intecooler, Schrick camshaft and program from MiniSpeed.UK. I know I have a problem with my A/F ratio from around 2300-3500rpm and then from 6400rpm and up. I also have a very strange boost reading (black line) that can not figure out. What do you guys think?
