lightweight flywheel

Hi.

could some one tell me if you can put a lightweight flywheel on a Cooper S Auto.

no, you dont need one. at least not as far i can image, there is no reason the mini is any differant than any other car. Automatics use flex plates, not flywheels. The flex plate only starts the car, that they only thing, so its usually thin steel with lots of holes. It should already be far lighter than any aftermarket flywheel. That, and the fact that it probably wont fit inside the automatice tranny bellhousing. Someone correct me if mini decided to reinvent the wheel tho.
