It is to let the air out if you get air bubbles in the cooling system. Of course you also have to fill the system with water if you let air out.

I have a system with an automatic air relief system. Left top on the picture. It also has two screws to let the air out by hand, but I haven't seen any air come out of them so the system works.

Have you looked at GRS Motorsport's charge cooler?

GRS Motorsport : Charge Cooler

I have seen this fitted to their car and it is a work of art!

I do not now.

Actually I will try to do it by myself (KMT) like pulleys etc.

If we are talking about pulley. Are you happy with it?

No numbers but the butt dyno is very happy..: biggrin: 2500rpm the car really stomps on. i fitted the std intercooler back on last week because i did not fit the water spray to the Alta when i first fitted it. i could tell strait away the car just isn't the same car with out it. it just does not build up the revs as quick... i would not be with out it know.. i am fitting a palo uber scoop next week it has a lot bigger induction mouth i think it will be even better.
