Offline | Well anything is possible. But, as the cat is part of the exhaust manifold, I guess a simple answer is no, or possibly if you buy a new exhaust manifold. GTT sell one which has a separate cat, you can run it with the cat, or remove the cat and put in a bypass pipe. I believe this works with the standard exhaust. ![]() Obsessive Car Cleaner OCC | The Cat does not come as part of the exhaust as mentioned its part of the manifold (still the exhaust system but not the part i imagine you thinking off) and to modify that would cost maybe close to the same cost as buying either GTT or a Janspeed manifold. I would'nt recommend modifying the manifold and you will see better gains buy just buying a sports Mani! Also its not legal to de-cat a car that was built after 1993, dont hold me on that year but im close lol! some people think it is legal as long as the car passes its emmisions test but its still ilegal. Your best option is to buy a Manifold from one of the companys mentioned and leave the cat on! Scott |
