Offline | 87 Octane I lent my car to a friend and they put in 87 octane (10 gallons). That mixed with 6 gallons of 93 octane. So it's like my car has 89 octane in it. Should I just drive it or should I take it to a shop to be drained? |

| I'm avin 'oops | the tank wasnt bone dry when they borrowed it so the higher octane fuel will help as you add more fuel it will raise the octane rating engine may run a little rough until you are on a higher octane but an octane booster may help as well ![]() More Air + More Fuel = More Power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
