Offline | What you have to remember is this car went 14.21@ 100.99 at the British Mini Showdown, which if it weighed 2700lbs would mean it has a rwhp of 228.57bhp at2600lbs it would have rwhp 220.10bhp Slicks 11.77@115.92mph Street tyres 12.162 @ 119.02 It's not how much you spend but how well you spend it |

| LOBSTER! | yup got the print out somewhere....... yes thats alllll ive done hard to believe isnt it ![]() and like 1320 said it runs a 1/4 mile in figures that add up to the RR results but your right every RR tells a different storie, Hence you could have 1000BHP@ fly but if you lose 999BHP throught tranny loss then it only makes 1BHP! what hits the road is the important bit! ![]() ..::14.21@100.99MPH::.. 15% Pulley, CAI, Mani, Back Box, GRS Intercooler |

Offline | I was there and his car is a rocket ![]() My 15% pulley, milly manifold and exhaust and alta intake car was running 15.1 and 15.0 with a terrible driver, aweful starts and no other mods. The car was full of stuff too so with care on the start and less weight she should do 14.7 Plus mine has no map, or changed intercooler...and is one opf the heavier models due to glass sunroof, auto aircon and many other heavy options fitted to it! |

Offline | From my 2004 MCS... Stock dyno result = 106kW (142hp) Factory engine rating is 120kW (163hp) To establish an equation to calculate the flywheel power based on the dyno results of my car... 120 divided by 106 = 1.132 Latest dyno result = 136kW (182hp) 136 multiplied by 1.132 = 154kW (206hp) As with pretty much all dyno results there's always conjecture over their accuracy, so feel free to take these figures with a grain of salt. I know I have! That said my MINI has only ever been run on the one dyno, with the same operator each time. Regardless of the final figures achieved, the car is a ball of fun to drive and the mods have made it quicker and more responsive. Ultimately the "number" at the end counts for little if the mods yield in a car that is unsatisfactory to drive. ![]() Mods are:
