DIY Help I Think my MINI might be sick

HI,
I am new to the world of superchargers and such and have a quick concern. My intercooler is very hot, after the car has been off for two to three hours. Is this normal. Any help would you could give me would be great

Its perfectly Normal ... at least with my Car as well
I was picking flys out of mine yesterday a couple of hours after a run, & it was still cooking them nicely

Did you leave the bonnet up or down after stopping. I run a stock intercooler on a tuned car and if you leave the bonnet closed after normal/vigerous driving you can come back 2 hours later and the intercooler horns are scolding hot ....in factthey are sometimes hotter than it was when I stopped!
