I don't think you are going to get more out of it with strap on parts.

We've seen good results with the Mini Mania 4-2-1 ex manifold.

I still don't think that you are going to get much more out of it. The car is simply not designed for it.

Try MTH chip re-programming - I've got 136 BHP from that on my Cooper. I think that the One engine is identical to the Cooper apart from the programming so you should be able to get even more than mine with the other mods you've done. There's loads of information on this site - just search for "MTH"
Herbie.

Also log onto youtube and type lohen mini.
It sounds great, very quick mini one.

The problem is that he hasn't posted any numbers of what he is pushing now. Because of this it is hard to offer a course of action. He already stated that he is running a map so I don't know if MTH will or can offer anything more.

do a complete head job, with new cams and all..

and install a turbo on it.... google this "MCT Turbo conversion kit"

its a uk based company doing turbo conversion for a +- affordable price...

probably u will trash the gearbox, but if it happens u could just install a 6 speed gearbox of M7 (there doing it in holland)

its going to cost u a few thousand of euros or pounds, but your car will be the coolest original mini ONE on the planet....
