what goes in must come out

OK guys, lets talk seriously, we all know that pulley, belt, etc forces more air into the engine, and the intercooler, tries to get it as cold as poss.,bigger bang etc. then my happy mini people, what next? get rid of the burnt gasses as quickly as possible,
therefore working from the front to (engine) back. manifold, DE cat ,exit pipe.
have i got something wrong?

A telflon will increase boost! IIRC with a standard pulley 1.5 psi so who knows what increase there would be with a smaller pulley? maybe still 1.5 psi or possibly more?

Yes you're right thats what people are referring to, we always advise customers to upgrade to the later one when doing a pulley upgrade. Unfortunatley they are becoming rarer.

You're a lucky man, BRMCooper 06 S is one of the highest hp we've seen on the dyno and won the MITP shootout with very few mods.

If your going to heat wrap a manifold ensure its a TIG welded one like the GTT, not a MIG welded one like Janspeed or Miltek.
Best Regards Roland GTT
