DIY Iridium IX Spark Plugs

Hi, Im looking to purchase some new spark plugs for my modded cooper. Im going to buy some NGK plugs but theres that many difference numbers im confused as to what will work and what wont. Ive searched for the last hour at least trying to find an answer.

Im ready to buy and ive got NGK---BKR7EIX plugs in front of me.

Will these plugs be the right ones for what im after?

Thanks

The number is to do with the heat rating.

The higher the number the colder the plug so it can stand more heat.
Standard plugs on a cooper are a 6.
