Offline | Great thread, it nice to see a measurement of usable power. I tried this in my Golf TDI to see how it compares. Mk4 Golf TDI 130 185 bhp (approx after remap) 325 lb/ft (approx after remap) 1. 5.97 2. 6.12 3. 6.01 4. 5.87 Average: 5.99 Its not a true comparison (due to the difference in gear ratios etc) but I thought I would put the results up anyway. |

Offline | Hi kpg, yes IMHO that setup youve got judging by your RR printout on the ' I went to the dyno last light ' thread is going to be seriously laggy on the road. I'll put up some spool up comparisons with our GTT300T conversions in the near future. Have you tried 30 to 70 in third gear? -To be fair your power is moved up the rev range so your available power band suits second gear much better, and peak power will be good as long as theres enough exhaust gas in reserve to produce more boost. Best Regards Roland GTT ![]() |
