Can anyone tell me if you could fit a blow off valve to a MCS?? if you can how do you do it??

You cant do it to a first gen R53 MCS with a supercharger. I am guessing youre asking about the R53 as you posted in this section.

you can do it on an R53, but is a bugger to get it set up, as technically thats what the bypass walve is and it sounds ****. loads of the G60 boys do it on their golfs and corados. But there would be no gain so ultimately no point. Try ebay for an elctric dump valve, if you are that desperate for the sound. Even on the R56 it sounds crap.

you can get a speaker that fits under your bonnet that makes the sound when you release the accelerator pedal or something if thats what your after

No hes after an actual dump valve, which can only be fitted to turbocharged cars, the noise when coming off the throttle is the realease of built up air pressure outside the engine because the turbine still spins using momentum which cant go inside the engine because of the closed throttle. r56's are turbos so you can fit bovs to them
