DIY MiniMania CAI, oiless, or not?

I received a MiniMania CAI for X-mas, and I realized that the filter didn't come with any oil. when I wanted to reference the instructions, I couldn't find then, I don't know if that's because they got lost in the gift wrap, or never came with any. so before I install it, and possibly hurt the mini by running it without oil, or ruining the filter by oiling it; does the MiniMania filter Require oil?
Mods: MiniMania CAI and 15% pulley, Racing Brake front rotors, EBC Green Stuff front pads, ALTA 19mm anti-roll bar
