Hi all

I have a mini one with fairly high spec ( Just bought a cooper s spoiler to put on) to look like a cooper and was wandering if it is possible to put the mini cooper sound kit on it to give it a throatier exhaust note, or if there is a one sound kit but i don't t think there is.
Or if anyone has any ideas of what i could do to the exhaust to get a nicer sound i would be great full.

Hi t70wlr,

My wife has a Mini Cooper (CVT auto), and the exhaust started blowing due to the condensation and short journeys that she does. We replaced the exhaust with a milltek (cat back) system and we are really pleased with the tone of it.

Sounds a bit deeper, and has gotten louder over the last few thousand miles. Thoroughly recommended, the sound kit from memory is about £1K (although it has other bits), but the exhaust was under £300 fitted.

Nice tailpipe too.

Most decent tuners tend to fit them.

ive got a play mini back box and link pipe that was easy to fit i did it myself takes about an hour cost roughly 200 for both bits simalar sound to the millteck one
