What size crank pulley?

I'm going to have a lightend crank pulley fitted to my 210 works mini which percentage increase in diameter would be best. I only have a stock intercoller at the moment & the only other mod is a de-cat manifold ( which sounds GREAT !!!).

most jcw's fit the 3% CP, I had one for a while on my 03JCW but took it off and fit a 17% SC pulley instead. CP will get you reving quicker but my personal experience was the car drove rougher, took off rougher. Other folk report no difference with rougher idle etc.

You can fit a 3%, but if you do fit anything to increase boost (either 1-3%) then I'd advice a GP or better IC as even when my car was running just a 15% pully the stock IC was cooking like nothing you have ever seen!

I have the GP one but buy the GRS and you can't go wrong (thats the one I'd buy if need to get even cooler inlet temp)

Yes and Yes (+ GTT IC and GTT manifold)

Ps. I have +3% CP and have not noticed any major downsides apart from the fact that when using aircon, you can actually tell that it is loading the engine.
