Offline | Re-map for Cooper hi there, i have a mini cooper with jcw exhaust and k&n air filter. I dont know what bhp i have at the moment but it is definately quicker than when it was standard!!! As always though i want more power but dont have loads of money . I know that the proper john cooper works has 132bhp, is that just because of a re-map on top of what i have?I need to get preferably more than that out of the car because my friend has a ford puma and i dont like letting the mini side down. (dont say get a cooper s....i really want one, but at my age insurance is mentally high.) Is a re-map the answer, if so which one, (i dont want one that will blow up my beauty....think shes goin in the modern mini mag next issue). |

Offline | SPRINT BOOSTER THROTTLE REMAP -ALL MINIS -2008 I would suggest you try this - as so far it is insurance friendly ,( they havent as yet sussed out what to do as there is no increase in bhp) it increases performance more than a remap on the Cooper, and is good bang for buck! |
