GTT Re-route and MOT

Can anyone help???

I need to know if the GTT Re-route exhaust pipe will affect an MOT in anyway?

I have tried to use the search facility but its pants.

MCS had its first MOT in September, the bypass pipe didn't seem to make any difference at all. The emission results were well within normal, as might be expected. It's the cat' that does the work, so unless you have an exhaust leak the bypass pipe should make no difference.

Certainly the tester didn't comment on the missing box.

I have the re-route pipe fitted and have passed two MOT's

As mentioned its the CAT that cleans up the emissions.

GTT, GRS, Janspeed, JCW, OMP + various other bits - 232.6bhp, 191.2lbft on 1320's rolling road

Thats correct, GTT Re Route has no bearing on MOT emmisions. Noise wise they sail through aswell.
