United-Kingdom Gtt Inntercooler

Hi Guys,,

Could someone just shine some light on the Gtt Intercooler for me,

Would it just bolt Straight on in replace on of the standard one?
Would i have to change any other parts to prevent damage or Reliabilty?

I'm Putting it on to a 210 jcw and just need a bit of reassurance..

Thanks alot.

Fitting will require some trimming of the insulation material from the hood. Snoot boots recommended too - check the GTT web site.

It bolts straight in place apart from the coil pack will have to be relocated via a plate that is supplied, and as sam says a bit of modifying to the hood scoop internally.

Instuctions are supplied.

Sam

does anyone have any pictures of what thay have done to the insulation above the GTT intercooler. i have just fitted one & removed the insulation so far.
i need to get a seal alomg the back edge to help ensure that the air passes directly through the intercooler & not down the back !!

Grs

Buy a GRS Intercooler !!

Comes with a modified scoop (Better than the cutting and filling method)

No need to move the coil!

End tanks better profiled for max flow

Ok I agree its not the biggest IC on the market but its not size, its efficancy that matters.

Need I go on with the benefits of the GRS Intercooler?

PM For more details!

i just put a palo uber "the scoop" on my stock '06 S..in the hope that it wil come handy when i modify it. when i put it on, it told me to rip off the insulation and the black plastic trimming as it harms air flow..?
