I have seen the lower engine mount broken before on Louis car. Not sure if he drive shaft popped out first, or his engine mount broke, making his drive shaft pop out.

The wheel hubs dont seem the best either. I have had to replace several in the last few years, and I imagine its even worse when you hang a heavy BBK off them, and add high ET wheels. I doubt the very heavy standard wheels help either.

Well there has to be a weak point ,but let it be something cheap, such as engine mounts.
IF the whole drivetrain was bullet proof -the shock loading would be on the tyres (ok) and the gearbox (not ok) ,so each part must absorb its bit ,driveshaft, tyres, clutch, mounts to the best of its ability.
You can break anything if you try hard enough even an anvil

are these aftermarket drive shafts proven? - have they ever been fitted to car yet / trialled?
which would you recommend for car used as a daily driver and occasional track days?

The first ones have been made ,shaft wise ,the joints are being looked into as to which is best suited given the space available - All these things take time and its easy to rush out something that is wrong or fails to deliver -this leads to more trouble than you can imagine!
