thats a basic reason.

And the grade of stainless prob won't be as good as Janspeed therefore leading to the manifold cracking

i fully understand,but what i would like to know is if this is fact or hear say,im not buying one btw

Well imo its bit of both, I have owned one and as I posted earlier I had to modify the flange to make it fit my head.

i use the magnaflow and its quite loud but a nice note comes from it. improves acceleration. need that pulley though.

I think 'quite loud' is an understatement - loud with drone to boot, I hated it

No idea what it's called, but I do know that someone on M2 has it fitted - I remember seeing those tips on a (red?) MCS during the July 2007 Yorkshire Dales Run.

Sorry, I know that doesn't narrow it down very much - but maybe someone else will know who that was.

Can anyone speak to the fittment of a Milltek manifold to a JCW head on a 2006 MCS?

Simple bolt-on, or might there be some cutting/grinding involved?
