timing chain diagram

Would anybody be able to help me out?

I need a timing chain diagram for my 2005 cooper.

Any help would be very much appreciated

but bascially, there's a arrow on the camshaft gear which lines up with a timming chain link which is copper colored.
And there are 2 arrows on the crank shaft gear which lines up with 2 timming chain links which are copper colored again.
