anyway, to those who don't know cars history, starting @ 242 bhp base in Feb

till this week, added at 1320

janspeed manifold
1320 cam
judas head
440 injectors + custom map

1st run had me past the 280 bhp barrier on jcw injectors not sure if this makes me the real gtt 280

but a bit too lean, so bigger injectors for a safer end result were required
will post more in coming weeks, but for all the geeks, butt dyno says yes, ears plenty pops and bangs, people can hear me from a fair distance now, although not quite in snowy or ants leauge
233 whp, 207lbs of torque,

big show for being so bloody competitive and acting as my personal chauffeur this week

and Paul and Chris at 1320 for pushing me over the line, and ignoring my request for a mpg map, and working with good humour whilst doing their best for me with a "competitors" car, despite some dick dastardly type mutterings, and all as i suffered a post champions league hangover

i now must have fasted m45 hyper blue mcs with a sunroof in all of north oxfordshire infact most likley a world record

think mini showdown would be a good idea, possibly my only chance to beat bigshow, i know i wont get near him on a track, and a later box might help me out here,

I have a sunroof as well but I think I would rather have bit slower lap time than have no
moonroof

Looking good Alan....and this is a car that produced 243.4bhp with just a GTT220 (no remap).

Alan told me GTT220 , no GTT intercooler nor GTT Re-Route. Either way it does what it says on the tin.

you both know its the cooper/cobra style stripes that make it go faster anyway,
i think mini pirate have put about 50 bhp on big shows car just by sticker power alone

tbf its not a mini 2 vendor head, so i will be keeping that to myself ,

std inlets, bigger exhaust valves, ..... why

the "plan" was to keep inlet side nr stock and hope to avoid additional cost of bigger injectors [ or perhaps jcw at a push]
i was also intending to keep stock cam

budget prevented me going for a stage 4 gtt or rmw head, as i had thought i might be going to moscow

my path changed due to seeing such good results from 1320 cam on its own, knowing a retro fit after head would add at least another £150.00 thought i would go extra mile ...doh

wished i had dug deeper and gone whole hog now, i could be the m45 record holder but still happy

Well, this makes the results all the more interesting!

But...why can't we talk about non-sponsoring vendors' products here? Obviously everybody has the right to publish what they feel comfy with, but I am assuming that there are no site rules that would narrow our "freedom of speech" in this regard.
