cost of fitting a new clutch/flywheel?

hi,
i've got a quote from ********** for fitting a new clutch/flywheel (hyper exedy) to my car of £400 including vat. is this a good price? there's an additional £35 for clutch bearings and £24 for changing the gearbox oil at the same time.
not being too technically minded, is this a good price for a mini specialist? they've lowered it from £550. they seem to be nice chaps down there. do i need to ask for more?

taking the car down to them on monday for various other bits and pieces (alta psrs, endlinks, rear control arms, anti roll bars, poly bushing the rest of the suspension, gear box & engine, koni fsds, eibach pro springs, alta quickshift kit, performance radiator, gtt header tank, routine oil service, coolant change, belt change, sparkplugs, filters etc.)

just want my car handling sweet!

dr. blaze

i'm asking comparatively with other mini specialists people have been to. you can't really bring main dealers into the equation here, their prices are stratospheric. my main dealer charges £140/hour!

i live in south west london. to give you can example, when i asked them to clear the fault codes on my ecu, they said it would take 20 minutes and cost £40.-this was their "special" price.
£140 is their upper figure. the older your car, the more this price comes down.
