Short Shifter Fitting. Are there any guides?

Ive just bought one of the £30 Mini Cooper S short shifter kits off ebay. I couldnt afford any more expensive at the time. Are there any step by step instructions on here as to how to fit it? Ive looked but cant find any. Any help will be much appreciated.
