The V-2 design was the only pulley style I had issues installing; my recommendation is for the collet style V-1 MINI COOPER :: North American Motoring - Alta 15% Pulley Install Problems , post #12.

Here’s a how-to Lone Star Mini Club Forums - Supercharger Pulley Install .

I hope MINIMANIAUK meant to use Fahrenheit instead of Celsius; I haven’t see inlet temps that high even with a 19% on a heat soaked dyno run @ >38C ambient.

Have not had any issues with my M7 16% pulley, and no problems with the install, for what it is worth...

All of these pulley use some form of clamping which can let go.

Having seen and used the GTT pulleys for many years without any problems it could be worth considering.

On the road our run about mini is reduced by 20%!! and its very punchy, but not ideal for track work due to the extra heat, but I quite like changing gear at 5-6K and the pull is nice!

The testing is going well then! Have you logged all your temps too?
