Question KN air filters

I had a K&N air filter on my old car and it seemed to make a big difference in performance. Does anyone know if one is made for the Cooper S yet?

Thank you,
Kevin Palmer

Not Yet

They haven't yet, check the Cooper S section, they were after a car a short while back for r+d on an S kit. Pipercross already have done the element and an induction kit for the S though. Check here

the monster mini intake uses a K&N if you don't feel like waiting for K7N to develop one.

There's a pic in their catalog and it looks like the MC intake with a longer stainless pipe. i assume it reaches from the throttle body to the stock box location. There is no picture or any of the intake installed or the heat sheild.

I paid $169 for my MC intake. I think the S kit was listed for $230 in the catalog.
