Offline | Yeah, that's what he MCS really needs, a STIFFER suspension. I am by no means anti-mod, but there are some areas of the car where user improvements are not improvements at all. This is a marvelous car that works very well. I am personally planning on intake and exhaust mods and even a set of H&R lowering springs (basically because they don't destroy the ride any further), but... you have to know where to draw the line. It seems to me that owners who are looking to significantly alter the car would be better off starting with a car that is not already imbued with such inherent goodness. Like a Civic. Cheers! Offline | So I have seen the Mini Madness ECU in action installed in a car. Its pretty powerful and although I have not dynoed it I would guess its more than 10. One thing is for sure, I have talked to a few folks that had a performance ECU but didnt have the cold start program fixed. After they did so and had a reflash of the performance ECU life was totally different. Hope to test these soon and get some numbers. |

Offline | True, true Yeah, I was a bit full of myself that day. You are right. It takes a bunch of people to make a chorus, and we all, as enthusiasts, have different aspects of the hobby that turn us on. I can just appreciate that I have no fillings in my mouth to loose in your car Keep up the good work and I appreciate your level-headed response.
