Has anybody upgraded there horn to like an airhorn or something VERY loud? I want to look into this but i do now know of where to start.

Please do a Search on this subject.

It has been discussed in detail. Basically, the stock horns are packed in so tightly behind the front turn signal indicators that there appears to be no room there for air horns. I don't think anyone has successfully installed air horns elsewhere on a MINI yet.
