Rob, am I right that your system sounds loudest at around 2000 rpm? Reason I mention it is due to the lengths we're going to (on another thread) to tune out resonance on the magneflow system that occurs @ 3k or thereabouts - the most common cruising rpm (for my driving anyway). It'd sure be good to beat that gremlin first time round if you could.
