If I lower my car now, can the rear camber be reset without rear control arms? I'm planning to get adjustable rear control arms later. Will I experience tire wear right away?

you need the adjustable arms; resultant tire wear will be a function of mileage and speed; I doubt you would have a problem wihout driving several thousand miles.
