Offline | Advice on Exhuast for my S......... We have had our S for 3 weeks now and we want a bit of grunt out of the rear end. I have looked over most exhuasts for the S. But the one thing I haven't heard is the noise of any of the exhuasts. I have read pauls review on the playmini exhuast and it sounds like a nice exhuast. But then I have heard people raving over the magnaflow and the noise it make!! Help please!! Cooper S : Dark silver, white roof |

Offline | I'm in the same boat. I would like to get an aftermarket exhaust for my MCS but until I actually hear one how can I make the decision? I've listened to a couple of diffrent files of exhausts(Borla, Magnaflow, etc...)and read a bunch of comments. It seems as though I would like to go with the Magnaflow, but I'm concerned it might be too loud/anoying. How do I find a local car to listen to, is it reasonable to expect to find one locally? |

Offline | If you don't mind additional noise(yet more quiet than the magnaflow(do the Quicksilver).Great power gain, sporty sound, distintive tip,and very light. There are numerous threads on exhausts, both here and minicooperonline.I also installed sound deadening from b-quiet. |

| Trained Monkey | One thing I've seen that looks like an interesting option is this from www.mini-design.com: http://cnb-host4.clickandbuild.com/c...odCategoryID=5 Wonder if anyone has experience of this system? Also, www.playmini2.co.uk has sound files of the PlayMini if that's any help. Paul |
